Palmstreet
Overview
Palmstreet's Seller Hub is a desktop-based platform that enables sellers to manage all aspects of their business, offering tools for tasks such as listing and order management, listing creation and import, shipment fulfillment, analytics, and communication. With the hyper-growth of the Palmstreet mobile app, our desktop tooling fell behind (not being touched since its first iteration in 2023).
Solution
As part of Palmstreet’s long-term vision, we began a comprehensive revamp of Seller Hub - the central workspace for our sellers. The goal: evolve it into a scalable, web-first power tool and bring consistency with capabilities offered by other LIVE commerce platforms. This initiative lays the groundwork for future growth, acting as the foundation for upcoming tools, features, and monetization paths.
This initiative was anchored by four pillars:
Driving seller productivity
Supporting the fast-growing range of seller use cases
Building the technical and UX infrastructure for monetization
Delivering a new design system aligned to Palmstreet’s brand
Key upgrades include responsive page layouts, a redesigned sidebar navigation, a new landing page dashboard, improved listing management (filters, bulk actions), revamped listing and fulfillment flows, manual and automatic import workflows, integrations, and more in the pipeline for 2026.
Success Criteria
Since the revamp is still rolling out, our results are framed as predefined success criteria rather than final metrics. The primary success metric is Seller Hub adoption, to improve upon our current baseline of 25% active usage. To balance this, a key counter metric is support volume for Seller Hub–related issues, ensuring that increased usage doesn’t come at the cost of higher friction.
Additional impact areas we’re tracking include improvements in seller productivity (e.g., time-to-list, bulk management efficiency), reductions in listing errors, and feature-level adoption of the new flows. These metrics will guide future iterations once the full revamp is live.
